Run the upgrade system by accessing "upgrade/index.php" on your system (for example: this will determine which upgrade modules need to be run and will rebuild your templates for you. For example, if you had the folders "upg_20001" and "upg_20002" and the zip had those folders plus: "upg_20003" and "upg_20004" - upload "upg_20003" and "upg_20004" from the zip archive to your "upgrade" folder in your IPB installation.
